A Journal of Transition to Primal Abundance

I noticed a "sea change" today.
I became conscious that I could actually eat and live this way for the rest of my life. It doesn't feel strange anymore to be eating exclusively raw food; it actually feels perfectly natural. I'm starting to think about some major changes in my kitchen, like giving away pots and pans, getting rid of the bread machine, reducing the slow cooker population to One (I still cook for my dh), dumping all those "just in case" foods up in the cupboard. I was looking at a never opened canister of coffee beans and wondered who I could give it to; that, and all the jars of tea and tea bags that I won't be using anymore and haven't used since I went back on raw in September.
I'm loving the fact that I'm eating to live, not living to eat, and that I never have to go hungry as long as there's something raw around to nosh on.
This is all good!
